    You will pass a tollroad in Rømåsen on the way to the cabin. You can register your car and payment method before you arrive. then you don`t have to worry about this when you arrive or during your stay. You can find information and register on this website: www.youpark.no.
    Toll fee only applies in the period November 1st – May 1st.

    Only 500 meters away, you can get into skitracks that stretch for miles. The area is quite flat, and suitable for both beginners and more expirienced skiers.
    In the summerseason, there are plenty of different hikes and routes for trips by bike.

    The center of Sjusjøen is 2,5 km away. There you will find a grocery shop, a sportsshop where you also can rent skis or bikes, a restaurant and a restaurant/bar. In the summer, it is possible to go for a swim in the lake, or go fishing.

    You can get to Lillehammer in about 30 minutes. Lillehammer is a charming city with small shops and places to sit down for a meal or just for a cup of coffee. The outdoor museum, Maihaugen, is open all year, but has most activity during the summer.
    A little bit further north, you can find the two popular familyparks Hunderfossen and Lilleputthammer.
    Hunderfossen is based on Norwegian folk tails and has a lot of fun attractions. This park is also open for a limited time during the winter. Lilleputthammer is old Lillehammer in miniature, and has also some fun attractions. Most suitbale for the younger ones.
