New and spacious cabin in Storåsen, just outside the center of Sjusjøen. There is a magnificent view from the cabin, and only about ten meters to the ski tracks. There are three bedrooms and a loft with four beds/mattrasses. One bedroom has a doublebed, one bedroom has a double bed and a bulit in upper bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms in the cabin. Both with shower and toilet, and one with a small sauna.

Possible to charge electric car. You must bring your own charging cable.

You will pass a tollroad in Storåsen on the way to the cabin. You can register your car and payment method before you arrive. Then you don`t have to worry about this when you arrive or during your stay. You can find information and register on this website: www.youpark.no.
Only 10 meters from the cabin, you can get into skitracks that stretch for miles. The area is quite flat, and suitable for both beginners and more expirienced skiers.
In the summerseason, there are plenty of different hikes and routes for trips by bike.
The center of Sjusjøen is 2,5 km away. There you will find a grocery shop, a sportsshop where you also can rent skis or bikes, a restaurant and a restaurant/bar. In the summer, it is possible to go for a swim in the lake, or go fishing.
You can get to Lillehammer in about 30 minutes. Lillehammer is a charming city with small shops and places to sit down for a meal or just for a cup of coffee. The outdoor museum, Maihaugen, is open all year, but has most activity during the summer.
A little bit further north, you can find the two popular familyparks Hunderfossen and Lilleputthammer.
Hunderfossen is based on Norwegian folk tails and has a lot of fun attractions. This park is also open for a limited time during the winter. Lilleputthammer is old Lillehammer in miniature, and has also some fun attractions. Most suitbale for the younger ones.
